Somesh Tiwari is an unusual mix of seasoned litigator and corporate strategist. As Managing Partner, he leads the firm's work in general corporate advisory, private equity, banking and finance, arbitration and high-stakes litigation.

He started in litigation, appearing before Indian courts including the Supreme Court of India, then moved into corporate practice and brought the two together. Because he can see disputes coming and structure transactions soundly, his clients get both protection and an edge.

He was named Forbes Managing Partner of the Year 2024.

Shashank Bajpai has more than a decade of experience across civil, criminal, constitutional and arbitration law. He represents State and Central Governments before various tribunals, the High Courts and the Supreme Court of India.

He has acted in high-stakes matters for State Governments, statutory authorities, banking institutions and PSUs, including coal-mining matters before the Mines Tribunal against some of India's largest mining companies.

He has been appointed Special Counsel for the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, and the Government of Gujarat before the Supreme Court.
